You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 7 working days of delivery for a refund.

You may also return faulty items for repair or replacement.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then respond with instructions of how to proceed. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

1. If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must let us know by initiating the return proces on our website within 7 working days of receiving the item. Please do not email or phone us to initiate a return.

2. Items and accessories returned for a refund should be unopened, sealed, undamaged, unmarked, unused and resaleable as new.

3. The option to return excludes custom ordered items such as cut to length cable and items with limited lifetimes such as event tickets.

4. If you wish to return a faulty item, we will directly replace or repair items within 6 months of purchase. After this repairs are via the manufacturer's warranty process. All items have at least a 1 year warranty.

5. Returns must be sent by you at your cost and risk and we advise that you use an insured, trackable and signed for service.

6. We will normally deduct our P&P costs incurred from any refund if we are not at fault.

7. Failures due to abuse or misuse (e.g. stripped screw threads, snapped components, blown or heat damaged speaker coils, physical damage, amplifiers blown by running at too low a voltage) is wear and tear not covered by us or under warranty.

8. Refunds will be at our discretion and subject to deductions for your use of the item once items have been removed from sealed bags, marked, scratched or otherwise damaged, have striped / cut cables or are not as new in anyway. Please bench test items before installation if you want a full refund for a faulty / DOA item rather than a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

9. Please be aware that all purchases from us are exempt from the DSR right to return under DSR 2000 regulation 13b, and that we choose to provide similar options. This means that we do not for instance have to refund P&P costs that we have incurred, and that we can charge for restocking where appropriate.
